Review of Kiss This by Hadley Quinn

Nicole’s Review~

Hadley has done it again, Kiss This is an absolutely amazing read and if you are looking for a little bit of drama, heartbreak and lots of love and understanding this is the book for you. Hadley is without a doubt becoming one of my favorite authors. Camryn and Teague’s story is so touching and heartwarming that I could not put it down and when I had to all I could think about was what is going to happen next.

Camryn has suffered a tragic loss and has closed herself off to men and refuses to kiss another man until she finds the one that she falls in love with. Teague is struggling with who he is and what he is going to do with his life. They meet while Camryn is out running and that is when you just fall in love with these two. I love Camryn’s wit and the bantering that goes on between them. Their relationship starts out as friendly flirting and then they make a bet and the game changes. It changes in a way that petrifies Camryn and confuse Teague. Camryn makes a rash decision and instead of trying to fix things she is willing to lose it all, luckily Teague isn’t and comes to fix their relationship.

The secondary characters are so instrumental to the craziness that comes about. You have Melanie (Camryn’s younger sister, Jay and Kellie (Teague’s cousins), they add a good amount of humor to the book. However you also get to meet the rest of Teague’s family and they are far from nice and they stir amount crazy amount of drama. You find yourself not knowing if you want to love Teague of hate him, but you definitely know that you hate his father and brother. Teague makes the mistake of not telling everything to Camryn and it all comes crashing down around him. Thankfully Camryn is a strong woman and she knows that no matter what Teague is the man for her.

I cannot stress enough to take the time and read this book. I found myself routing for the characters and waiting for them to make it over the next hurdle. I am a huge fan of books where love conquers all and this is one of those books.
