4stars

I have loved reading about the Chase brothers and the women they end up falling head over heels in love. Liv was always one of my favorite secondary characters, she is so quick witted and blunt that you absolutely have to love her. However in this book I felt like she was really whiny and almost pathetic. I really tried hard to understand where she was coming from but she truly was just really bratty and a little self centered. Now Marc on the other hand goodness gracious talk about smoking HOT!!!!

Marc is the youngest of the Chase brothers and probably the biggest skirt chaser out of all of them. He has been friends with Olivia because of the relationship Liv had with his brother Matt. He has truly began to lust after her and after two years of waiting he finally tries to pursue Liv. Meanwhile poor Liv has yet again lost the man she thought could be her one and is now dead set on finding Mr. Right and not Mr. Right Now. I can’t blame her at all, because what woman at almost 35 doesn’t want to be married and starting a family. Well Marc tries like hell to show Liv he is serious and she slaps him down every time.

Through the crazy Chase family they all help Marc “woo” Liv into giving Marc the chance to prove she isn’t too old for him and that he really does want to be Liv’s Mr. Right. Unfortunately things aren’t always what they seem and Liv is broken hearted and runs away from Petal. I so wanted to punch Liv during this time because not only does she shut out Marc but she shuts our Maggie and Cassie. Which I totally did not get because through all the other books they have banded together. Just another little reason Liv really irritated me in this book.

I have to say the sex is over the chart Hot!!! Marc and Liv definitely found their matches in the bedroom. I loved how open and honest they could be with each other, I just wished that would have carried on to the outside of the bedroom. I do completely recommmend this book just be warned you are not getting the same Liv from the previous books.
